Long Term Placement Information

Many organizations offer long term opportunities for volunteer service ranging from weeklong experiences (Spring break, Christmas break), summer placements, or 1 or 2 years of service. Opportunities are available locally, nationally, and internationally. The Connections and Response sourcebooks also offer extensive information on these volunteer placements and are available at The Community Outreach Office office. For information on the Jesuit Volunteer Corps or Jesuit International Volunteers see Mrs. Cathy Seymour in the Campus Ministry office, First Floor Gunster Center, at the University of Scranton or Amy Fotta, Asst. Director of Campus Ministry and Collegiate Volunteer, at Marywood University.

The next Long Term Fair at the University of Scranton will be on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 from 5-7 pm in the lobby of the John Long Center.
