Location and Hours of Operation

The Student Health Services Department is located in the Roche Wellness Center which is located at the corner of North Webster Avenue and Mulberry Street.

Academic Year Hours (September through May)
Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Most medical problems are initially screened through walk-in care by a Registered Nurse with appointments given for Physician or Nurse Practitioner clinics as indicated.  Walk-in services are available during all hours of operation for non-emergency illness or injury.  No appointment is necessary.  It is important to know that waiting times will vary depending on how busy we are and the availability of staff.  Typically, the busiest portion of the day occurs between the hours of 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM.  Physician and Nurse Practitioner visits (available daily Monday through Friday) are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY following screening by a Registered Nurse.  This allows us to serve you in the most effective and timely manner.

Summer Hours (June through August)
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
(During summer months, walk-in-services for evaluation and referral by a Registered Nurse is available.  Physician and Nurse Practitioner clinic hours will resume in September.)
