
RA/CA Programming Assistance Form
In addition to submitting the above form, please complete and submit a hard copy of a budget breakdown for the entire event. Include total cost of event, cost per student of event, cost of specific items for event, amount of deposit each student makes for event, and sources of income beyond RHA for event.
Following submittal of the above form, the primary RA will be contacted via an email regarding appearing at RHA meeting to discuss request. RHA President will email the RA following the meeting with the approval status.
