The Center is located in the DeNaples Center
205 and can be used by all students. It holds books, videos, and other resources on various cultures and minority issues.

The purpose of the Multicultural Center is to promote
better understanding of different cultures on campus and around the world. Center resources and staff are there to support and enhance academic, social, and cultural development of the University students. The Center creates an environment on campus that promotes and respects all forms of multiculturalism and provides a comfortable atmosphere to students of every color, race, gender, religion, and culture.

- PROMOTE multicultural understanding of African, Latino, Asian, and Native American cultures and other cultures of the world International Students.
- SUPPORT and enhance academic and social development of these students
- CREATE an environment on campus that will provide and respect all forms of multiculturalism.
- PROVIDE a liaison between ALANA students and the University community.
