ABOUT

The Liva Arts Company is a non-profit, student-run organization designed to serve the academic, social, and cultural needs of the University of Scranton.  Founded in 1990, the Liva Arts Company produces annual spring musicals in addition to a themed musical revue in the fall.  The organization is named in honor of Anne Vanko Liva, an internationally renowned pianist who left her Scranton residence to the University of Scranton in order to cultivate an appreciation and interest in the performing arts.

The membership of the Liva Arts Company consists of University of Scranton students from a wide array of majors.  Students serve in every aspect of club productions as musicians, performers, technical staff, costumers, and business managers.

The Liva Arts Company is made possible through the generosity of its patrons and through the Student Government of the University of Scranton.
