Curriculum Review Process and Forms

Curriculum Review Electronic Submission Process

1. Download the "procedures and forms" document from: http://academic.scranton.edu/department/provost/curriculum_review.html.
    
2. Complete appropriate form as described in the instructions and save it electronically.
    
3. Print a copy of the signature sheet, fill it out and submit a hard copy of the sheet with the electronic copy of the completed form to the dean of the course or program.
