Constitution
Preamble
This group is designed for all members of the university community who are interested in participating in the activities of the Asia Club. The Asia Club
promotes awareness, participation, and advancement of Asian culture, politics, cuisine, and humor.
Article I - Membership
All information regarding the club must be presented to the president before any events regarding the club takes place. All members must participate in at least one community service event. No membership dues will ever be collected as long as this club exists. Donations may be given to Jeremy Tarife for his personal expense fund. Members must design and participate
in the various events of the Asia Club.
Article II - Elections
Future officers will be selected by anyone willing to become an officer. One may elect their own self. The only positions officially recognized by the University's Student Government are President, Vice President, and Treasurer. All other postions will not be officially recognized. If one would like an unofficial position in the club, they may elect any position they wish. Members may not be allowed to remove any of the offi
al officers out of postion unless they themselves are more active in the club than the current officers. The current president(s) cannot be removed from their current position unless offcially done so by the University's Student Government
Article III - Name
This club is unofficially called the Filipino Association of the University of Scranton. If you have actually read this far into the constitution you should have a check up with your doctor. There might be something seriously wrong in
side your head.
