Research Interests
Currently our group is performing fluorescence lifetime experiments using pulsed LEDs as excitation sources. The LEDs are driven with circuits that produce nanosecond pulses around the wavelength of interest. We produce Stern-Volmer plots and determine quenching constants for a variety of analytes and quenchers.
