Dr. Mrigen Bose studied at the Universtiy of Calcutta, India, the University of Kentucky, and the Uiversity of Utah, in the United States. He has been teaching at the University of Scranton since 1968 and currently holds the rank of Associate Professor of Economics. His teaching interest lies in the areas of International Economics and International Business. Dr. Bose has written and published numerous research papers over the years on economic topics spread over different areas and currently he is doing research on problems related to aging, immigrants, and the automotive industry. He has actively participated in the Faculty Student Research Program for the past four years.
