Note: Copyright
guidelines must be followed for material placed
on ERes.
Reserves that do not fall within Fair Use
Guidelines must secure copyright clearance before being placed
on Reserve. Please allow adequate time for the Library to
process a request and pay any fees for clearance through the
Copyright Clearance Center, the publishers' permission web
pages or by correspondence with the holder of the copyright.
This process may take four to eight weeks. Reserves that have
not been cleared or those for which permission has been denied
will not be placed on reserve.
