The scope of Criminal Justice studies is to prepare students for careers in law enforcement at the local, state or federal levels, in the field of correction and rehabilitation (parole, prisons, juvenile delinquency, etc.) and to provide students with academic preparation for advanced study in law, criminology, public administration and related fields. All the volumes listed in this guide can be found in the Reference Collection on the second floor of the Weinberg Memorial Library. GPO Government Printing Office
Consists of records published by the Government Publishing Office since July 1976. Public Affairs Information Service database contains references from over 3600 sources in abstract form for  articles, books, conference proceedings, government documents, book chapters, and statistical directories detailing public affairs.  Covers 1972 to the present and is updated monthly. GrayLIT Network 
This web based database collects gray literature; information about topics that is disseminated through non-traditional channels.   Science and public affairs reports are in this database.  Department of Energy (DOE), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the National Aeronautics Space Administration (NASA) are just a few of the agencies that have reports available from this resource. Provides access to journals, magazines, and newspapers in full text format.  The subject areas covered are news, business, law, medicine, and reference.  This database is updated daily, and sources can be searched for the last five or ten years, and in some cases back 30 plus years to provide bibliographic records.
