- Press the Enter key in a selected cell to paste the contents of a cell that was either copied (Ctrl+C) or cut (Ctrl+X).
- Press the (F4) key to repeat the last formatting action.
- Press (Ctrl+;) to insert the current date.
- Press (Ctrl+1) to open the Format Cells dialog box.
- Press (Ctrl+9) to hide the row of a selected cell.
- Press (Crtl+Shift+9) to unhide the row.
- Press (Ctrl+0) to hide the column of a selected cell.
- Press (Shift+Ctrl+0) to unhide the column.
- Press (Ctrl+ the minus key) to delete all highlighted rows or columns.
- Press (Ctrl+Shift+ the plus key) to insert the exact number of highlighted rows or columns.
- Press (Ctrl+t) to create a formatted table from data selected in the spreadsheet.
- Press (F11) to create a chart from data selected in the spreadsheet.
- Press (Ctrl+F2) to Print Preview.
