Word’s Zoom Feature

Flash Video

Use Microsoft Word’s Zoom feature to proof read your document’s layout by printing multiple pages on one sheet of paper.

Click on the video icon for a demonstration.

For Example:

  1. Open a Word document and then click on the menus File | Print.
  2. When the Print dialog box opens find the label "Zoom," located above the lower right hand corner of the box.
  3. Click on the down arrow to change the number of "Pages per sheet" (1-16).
  4. Click on the OK button to print.

Document pages are automatically reduced to fit the paper sizes.
