Change an AutoShape

  1. Click on the <AutoShape> that requires changing.
  2. On the Arrange menu select <Change AutoShape>,
    choose a command, and then a new shape.

Create Columns with a Text Box

  1. Right-click the text box that requires columns, and
    then click <Format Text Box>.
  2. In the Format Text Box dialog box, click the <Text
    Box> tab, and then click <Columns>.
  3. In the <Columns> dialog box, type or select the number of desired columns. Next, type or select
    the spacing value (gutter amount) that you want in
    the <Spacing> box.
  4. Click <OK> twice.

Edit Story in Microsoft Word

  1. Select the <Text Frame> that you want to edit in
    <Word>.
  2. On the Edit menu, click the command <Edit Story
    in Microsoft Word>.
  3. Begin editing the text frame when Word opens. To
    save the changes <Close> Word and Publisher will
    update the publication.
