How to: Set and Add to a Print Area

  1. First open a worksheet that contains data and then click on the tab "Page Layout."
  2. Next, drag the mouse pointer from cell "A1" to cell "C7," for example.
  3. Click on the command buttons "Print Area" and then "Set Print."
  4. Next select another cell range "A12" to "B12."
  5. Click on the command buttons "Print Area" and then "Add to Print Area."
  6. To preview before printing click on the "Office Button," and then "Print," "Print Preview."

How to:
Move or Copy a Worksheet to a New Workbook
  1. Open another worksheet that contains data.
  2. Move or Copy Box
  3. Right-click on the worksheet's tab, then select either Move or Copy from the menu.
  4. Click on the "To book" drop down list and choose (new book).
  5. To copy the worksheet to the new workbook click in the box "Create a copy" and then click on "OK."
  6. To move the worksheet to the new workbook just click the button "OK."
