YING I. CHIEN, Ph.D.
University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky
Dr. Chien's current teaching and research interests are in the
applications of management science, production and operations
management, project planning and control, integrated production and
financial planning, and business applications of spreadsheet
modeling.


WAYNE H. J. CUNNINGHAM, Ph.D.
The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania


Dr. Cunningham's research, teaching and consulting interests are in
operations management, business logistics and quantitative business
analysis.  More specifically, he has published or done consulting
work in the following areas:  total quality management; facility
location; market planning; modal and carrier selection; order
processing; forecasting; market planning; port development; and
project planning (PERT and resource leveling).  He has additional
interests in purchasing, MRP II and MRP III, JIT, and measures and
definitions of customer service.


KINGSLEY GNANENDRAN, Ph.D.
University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee


Dr. Gnanendran's current teaching and research interests are in the
areas of operations management (design of manufacturing systems,
production planning and scheduling, inventory modelling, project
planning and control), management science (modelling and
applications) and mathematical programming (parallel computing
methods for large-scale linear programs).


DEBORAH GOUGEON, Ph.D.
Walden University, Naples, Florida


Dr. Gougeon's current teaching and research interests are in the
area of Business Statistics with a concentration in Multivariate
Regression Analysis and Mathematical Statistics.  She is also interested 
in projects dealing with market research studies and
applications of statistical tools in solving business problems. 
Other research interests include statistical analysis of
standardized testing.


PRASAD KAKUMANU, Ph.D.
Cornell University, Ithaca, New York


Dr. Kakumanu's current teaching and research interests are in the
area of Operations and Information Management.  In particular, how
the operational and strategic aspects of an organization can be
continuously improved by using telecommunications, computing
technologies, and data analysis.  Also interested in studying the
strategic impacts of information technology on business and
society.  Currently working on interactive decision support systems
in the area of cost analysis and price setting by integrating
management science models and database management systems.


SATYA PRATTIPATI, Ph.D.
State University of New York, Buffalo, New York


Dr. Prattipati's teaching and research interests are in the areas
of management information systems, computer applications in
operations management, and technology management.  His current
research activities are:  evaluation of the organizational impact
of information systems technologies and research
methodologies/measurement issues in information systems research. 
He is also interested in the adoption and management of
technologies,and expert systems.


ROSE SEBASTIANELLI, Ph.D.

Dr. Sebastianelli's teaching and research interests are in the
areas of applied statistics, business forecasting and Total Quality
Management (TQM).  Her current research involves empirically
investigating how firms define/measure quality and what barriers
exist to their implementation of TQM, and applying statistical
inference procedures to improve the interpretation of student
ratings of instruction.


NABIL TAMIMI, Ph.D.
Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania


Dr. Tamimi's current teaching and research interests are in the
areas of quantitative business analysis, Total Quality Management
(TQM), Management Information Systems, and the applications of
computer systems to small businesses.  His current research
interests involve developing tools to assess the status of TQM
initiatives in organizations, and building statistical structural
models linking the TQM factors to organizational performance
