Dr. James Roberts

Dr. Roberts is an assistant professor of sociology/criminal justice. He received his B.A. in criminal justice from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (1998) and both his Master's (1999) and Ph.D. (2002) from Rutgers University.

Dr. Roberts teaches Introduction to Criminal Justice, Criminology, and Social Problems. He has also taught courses in Organized Crime, Corrections, Crime Prevention, and Globalization. His research interests include alcohol and aggression, violence in barrooms, drunk driving, and issues in domestic violence.

Dr. Roberts is a native of Somers Point, NJ and currently resides in Clarks Green, PA with his wife Jenny Pane Roberts. He enjoys golf, basketball, gardening, and traveling with his wife.
