The University of Scranton Small Business Development Center offers free and confidential management consulting services.  Our Center covers an eight county area of Northeastern Pennsylvania consisting of Bradford, Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike, Susquehanna, Tioga, Wayne & Wyoming counties.
