Conditional Admission Agreement (CAP)
The
University of Scranton and the University of Delaware English Language Institute

students from pursuing English as a second language study to enrolling in either
a full-time undergraduate or graduate academic program.

is currently attending the UD-ELI can apply for conditional acceptance (CAP)
to the University of Scranton.

meet and complete all admission requirements with the exception of the
English language proficiency / TOEFL score requirement to be conditionally
admitted to the University of Scranton undergraduate program. Admission to
the University of Scranton undergraduate program will be determined solely
by the University of Scranton. The UD-ELI agrees to assist students in
applying for conditional admission to The University of Scranton.
