Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Master’s Degree or PhD
- 18 hrs Teaching Experience at the College Level
- Up to Date with Current Composition Theory and Pedagogy
- Proficient with Instructional Technology
- Willing to Participate in Ongoing Faculty Development
- Become Active in Program’s Curricular Development
- Remain Active in Research and Publication
- Participate in the English Department’s Community of Scholars
