Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or PhD
  • 18 hrs Teaching Experience at the College Level
  • Up to Date with Current Composition Theory and Pedagogy
  • Proficient with Instructional Technology
  • Willing to Participate in Ongoing Faculty Development
  • Become Active in Program’s Curricular Development
  • Remain Active in Research and Publication
  • Participate in the English Department’s Community of Scholars
