Curacao

 

The Curacao-American Preparatory School (CAPS)  is a non-profit, independent P-12 school located in the Netherlands Antilles in the southern portion of the Caribbean just 35 miles north of Venezuela.  CAPS uses an American-based curriculum and has AP courses in all content areas.  There are currently 135 students with a student-faculty ratio of 12-1.  The majority of teachers are Americans with master’s degrees.  The student population is rich with social, cultural, religious and economic diversity; students are representative of 23 countries.  The school has a plethora of current instructional resources, including computers in every classroom and the library.
