  • Ensure the University's compliance with State and Federal Equal Opportunity,  Affirmative Action laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act;

  • Protect equal opportunity, related to conditions, terms and privileges of employment and education;

  • Develop an Affirmative Action Program consistent with contract compliance regulations;
