Are Your Files and Folders In Order?

When you receive your new computer please verify that your files and folders have been restored and your applications are working correctly. If you are missing files or folders or you experience a problem with an application, you should contact the Help Desk immediately. A backup copy of your previous computer's configuration will only be stored for 14 days after your new computer has been delivered to you. If, after that 14 day period, you discover that you are missing files or folders or you have problems running applications, it is unlikely that the missing information will be recoverable. It is imperative that you verify your files, folders and applications upon receipt of your new computer.
