Server Managers are responsible for the integrity of their data, by performing scheduled backups of their system and of all critical data that has been changed or updated. This will ensure full recovery in the case of hardware or software failures. A backup of all critical data should precede any application of security updates or patches from Microsoft or any other software vendor that maybe represented on a Server Managers system. Desktop and Instructional Resources is not responsible for any loss or corruption of any critical data, or the failure of the operating system.
All updates and patches that are approved for download have been applied to our servers in a controlled in environment. Desktop and Instructional Resources may assist in the repair of hardware failures or the recovery/ reinstallation of the operating system but are not responsible for the loss or corruption of any critical data that resides on a Server Managers system.
