Online Request Form

If you are having problems with your class, be sure to speak to your instructor first.

Note: Requests are processed in the order in which they are submitted.

Log into MyScranton using your username and password and follow the steps outlined below:

1. Click on the Student Tab
2. Click on Self Service (UIS)
3. Click on Student and Financial Aid.
4. Click on CTLE Menu.
5. Click on the Writing Assistance Request Form.
6. Make sure the current semester is displayed and then complete the form.
7. Click Submit.
