Meet the CTLE Staff

Paula Semenza

Office Manager

In this position, I provide administrative support to the CTLE Director and Staff. I manage daily operations of the CTLE office and promote CTLE services to the academic community. I am pleased to be a part of The University of Scranton and strive to uphold its commitment to excellence.

I am a graduate of Pittston Area High School and earned my Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Wilkes-Barre Business College. I also hold certification in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Word Perfect and Accounting Principles from Wilkes University.

I come to The University of Scranton from Schott Glass Technologies, where I have worked as an Administrative Assistant for nearly 10 years. I bring with me a wealth of experience in all aspects of office management, including training of staff members, coordination of schedules, records maintenance and document administration to name a few. I have over 25 years total experience in my field and have held positions ranging from bookkeeper to customer service.

I reside in Exeter, PA with my children, son Christopher and daughter Carlena. I enjoy spending time with my children who are both active in various sports from baseball to soccer.
