Student Online Testing Accommodation Form

Students requesting test accommodations through the CTLE must adhere to guidelines and access the on-line testing accommodation form to schedule examinations. It is the responsibility of the student to initiate the process to receive testing accommodations by completing the student section of the Online Testing Accommodation Form within five (5) working days prior to the scheduled exam date.

The Student Testing Accommodations Online Form is available from the University Information System (UIS).

Log into MyScranton using your Username and PIN and follow the steps outlined below:

1. Log onto: http://my.scranton.edu
2. Click on Student Tab and select Self Service (UIS).
3. On the Main Menu, select Student Services & Financial Aid.
4. On Student Services & Financial Aid Menu, select CTLE Menu.
5. Select Testing Accommodation Form.
6. Enter Royal ID, e-mail password, and semester and click Submit.
7. Select the course, day and time and submit your request.

Access to the form requires your Royal ID (RXXXXXXXX) and your e-mail password.
