Undergraduate Program Director holds information meetings in the Fall and Spring (one per
semester); watch for signs and email notification.
Beginning
with the first
semester and
throught all
remaining
semesters.
Earn and
maintain a 3.0
(B) GPA
calculated in
three areas.
For purposes of advancing to admission to Teacher Candidacy ("Portal") GPA is calculated in the
following three ways:
  • The Overall GPA includes all courses completed at the U of S.
  • The Major GPA includes EDUC courses designated on the CAPP as a Major course.
  • The Teaching Area GPA includes courses designated as Teaching Area on the CAPP.
    This includes a combination of EDUC and non EDUC courses.
Within the

  • which PRAXIS II tests are required
  • how and when to register and take the tests
