Real Estate Salesperson Package
(60 hours)

Register for the two required courses by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission to be eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson Exam.
Courses: Real Estate Fundamentals, Real Estate Practice
Package Fee: $385 (text included)
Starts: Monday & Wednesday evenings 6:00 - 9:00 pm February 2 to April 8, 2009

 Real Estate Fundamentals
(30 HRS)

• Provides basic foundation for additional study

• Acquaints students with the language, laws and principles that govern the business

• Emphasizes underlying concepts of land and property

• Rights in realty and the means, methods and laws that govern these rights

 Real Estate Practice
(30 HRS)

• Introduction to all facets of the business, including fields of specialization

• Emphasis on the role of an agent in the field of residential broker

• Acquaints students with the basic techniques, procedures, regulations and ethics involved in a real estate transaction

• Develop a working knowledge of forms and documents
