For Whom Am I Writing?
In the past, your writing may have been primarily for your teachers. Here at The University of Scranton, you will be making the transition to writing for a larger audience.
You'll be doing more specialized writing -- for business, science, politics, etc. -- depending on the course or your major.
As you hone your research and writing skills, you will see that your writing becomes a tool -- a way to enter the intellectual conversation that surrounds you. No matter what course of study you choose, these skills, and your integrity, will give you the direction and the solid foundation you need to succeed.
