Operational Objectives

Operational Objectives:

  1. Appoint co-directors of the center

  2. Develop a PCPS interdisciplinary committee to serve as advisors

  3. Secure agreements with outside resources (e.g., WHO, USAID, World Bank) to work with the Center

  4. Develop a functional and practical business plan for the Center (2 to 5 year plan)

  5. Secure external funding to support the work of the Center

  6. Initiate micro-financing of projects within PCPS to develop faculty expertise

  7. Executive Affiliation Agreements and Memorandum of Understanding with universities and governmental/ nongovernmental organizations in other countries

  8. Design and prioritize global regional networks

  9. Initiate specific projects with a high probability of success
