CENTER FOR GLOBAL HEALTH AND REHABILITATION

Goals

Goals:

  1. Promote theoretical and applied scholarship on global health and rehabilitation.

  2. Provide training opportunities for the academic, business, governmental, non-governmental, and professional communities.

  3. Internationalize the curricula within the Panuska College of Professional Studies.

  4. Provide a forum for developing interdisciplinary international initiatives involving faculty, administrators, staff, and students.

  5. Attract international scholars, researchers, and practitioners to the Panuska College of Professional Studies.

  6. Develop academic affiliations with universities and governmental/ nongovernmental organizations.

  7. Develop entrepreneurial business initiatives with universities and governmental/ nongovernmental organizations.

  8. Create a clearinghouse for activities associated with globalization of health and rehabilitation.

  9. Become a national and international focal point for globalization of health and rehabilitation.

  10. Sponsor conferences to facilitate communication within relevant professions.
